Service Process
We will visit your site and carry a survey to agreed systems and consult with our client to ensure we have a clear understanding of the needs.
A quotation is prepared and returned to the client by email unless otherwise agreed. This quotation will be valid for 30 days from the quotation date.
We will follow up with a client in around 7 days after submitting the quotation.
After a survey and quotation is agreed we can set up an annual maintenance agreement to serve all your required needs.
Payment is 30 days from date of invoice unless previously agreed.
Maintenance visits are planned in accordance with compliance requirements and a client’s preference such as wanting more frequent visits than compliance may require, e.g a client with a serviced office may want visits staggered to meet internal client’s business needs.
